Hi - I enjoyed this blog. I am taking a conservation of art class at the Rhode Island School of Design and my final presentation is on issues related to the conservation of art made from food. I wonder if you have any thoughts you are willing to share with me about the long term conservation of this art. Is it holding up well now? Does the resin fully protect the candy? Are you noticing any problems - color changes - weeping etc. ? I'd love to hear more.
